SMUD ( Siemens Mobile Unlocking Device) This box is nothing special it just converts the RS232 signals from a computer to a TTL signal. No control signals (CLS, RTS aso.). So with this box you change just about everything in the mobile/cellular (GUI, IMIE and provider lock). You will not see a picture from the inside, not because its secret just because its a mess:)
